We’re trying something new this week… a relaxed trail-run option!
Join us for an easy Sunday afternoon run at about an 11-minute-mile pace.
The route has already been scouted and offers gentle elevation, smooth footing, and a peaceful forest vibe. Perfect for beginners or anyone who just wants to move and enjoy the trail together.
